How to reach the Engineering Days

Arriving by car

Please note that for Austrian motorways a toll-road sticker (so-called "vignette") is required. If you arrive via Germany / Freilassing and through the city of Salzburg, no Austrian vignette is required.

Parking

Due to its geographical location and the constantly increasing traffic volume, Salzburg has limited parking space. All parking areas in the city centre are short-term parking zones.
An overview of the parking lots close to the Congress for the entire duration of the event can be found here.

Arriving by train

Salzburg central station is the most important transport hub in western Austria with numerous national and international connections. As a border station with Germany, it is managed by the Austrian Federal Railways (ÖBB) and Deutsche Bahn AG (DB).
