Booth set-up

Monday, November 30, 2026, from 2:00 - 6:00pm

Please register before delivery, otherwise you will not be able to enter the exhibition. The registration is located on the 1st floor of the Salzburg Congress. The booth must be set up by 8:00am on December 1.

Booth tear-down

Wednesday, December 2, 2026, 4:00 - 6:00pm

The dismantling may take place from 4:00pm onwards. Please avoid noise when dismantling and transporting your stand equipment out of consideration for participants and exhibitors. Please leave your exhibition space clean, and bring trolleys and hand carts with you.

Safety information

The emergency exits must always be kept clear during assembly and dismantling. For safety reasons, instructions issued by Salzburg Congress staff regarding the parking of vehicles for loading around the building must be followed.
