Overnight stay during the Engineering Days

We are pleased to offer you a convenient solution for your hotel booking for the Engineering Days 2026. A special online booking link has been created for the congress.

This link is already preset for the period (November 30 – December 2, 2026) of the hotel block, so you can easily and conveniently book your desired hotel.

Due to limited capacity and high demand for accommodation during the Advent season, we recommend booking early.

Important information

1. Room reservations for up to 4 rooms: You can book up to 4 rooms directly using the online booking link provided.

2. Group reservations (5 rooms or more): If you would like to make a group reservation for 5 rooms or more, please contact the Salzburg Congress Services office via the room request link.

Please be sure to specify your preferred hotel from the available selection in your request.

3. Bookings outside the contingent period: If you need rooms beyond the contingent period, please contact us via the room request link.

4. Deadline for bookings and inquiries: All bookings and inquiries must be made by the specified date. After this date, we may not be able to guarantee an offer or booking.

5. Bookings after the allocation period: You can still book via the link at the current daily rates. We therefore recommend that you book in good time to secure your place in your preferred hotel.
